Yeah Day 44 seemed like as "fair" of a time to do it as any, since even the latest boosters should have done them, and now some teams will have used their off season TP bomb, some agents might be sitting on them for now, etc. etc.

Updates today: Add in the casual squads that qualify. Rework the league strength comparison, since it looks like a 2nd sort got done consolidating out the partial teams / CPUs. (HELL YES, thank you Bort!)

nope, just hitting caps when needed. Most from 40 to 41, have four more boosts when the time is right.

get better gear chances at 41 as well
