Great game. As far as chart goes, are you talking about an EL chart?

I was wondering about the different league structures. Specifically, at what point can players of higher levels can be signed to our team. We have Day 40 players at the end of the season ... can I sign Day 40-80 this offseason?

I remember, back in the day, there was a point where a player's age didn't matter and anyone could sign. It was probably a few years into the team - I just don't recall as it's been over a decade since I've been involved in GLB.

I'm not sure what an EL chart is.
