Im actually in favor of the concept.
It would be amazing if new agents needed to complete a tutorial on how to build dots before getting access to the forums.
Give them a sample o-lineman to build. They have to get Strength to 65 with equipment before passing the tutorial.
Give blurbs about training with % upgrades, Boosting, ALGs and EL.
Hell yeah.
