As an Agent you want to have your clients in the best tip top shape. To do this build a training facility. What I'm really asking for is an overhaul of the bonus token and training system. Every time you get a dot and spend those tokens on enhanced training maxing it out it's great but after they retire those bonuses are gone. This would instead give the agent that bonus for his dots that they own.

Ehhhhh, I don't think it's either. (Spam or Troll) But I do think the suggestion is wrong. Training facilities are a provenance of TEAMS, not Agents. Even so, while it might seem realistic, I would be against it. System works as is. Would be nice to see Bort boost (or have adjusted) stamina for Rookie dots. (If that's not done already... if it is, I would turn it up a little.)

The problem with your suggestion is that training enhancements are part of the trade-offs, the balancing act, that makes building dots interesting. Every BT you spend enhancing training for an attribute is BT that you don't have to do something else.

Lol seriously. Even more so, he keeps mentioning the Lol Trophy Whore's team forum or some shit. Little does he know I was the head coach of that team (have trophy to prove it) and I have no idea who he is.
