People can play it anyways they want. That's the joys of this game.

I am surprised how many people slow built when we ran countless sims in the player builder and didn't see an advantage to it really long term.

We boosted early but have only used the points on the first attribute and our builds are finishing in the 1450 range. Just don't see a huge advantage to sucking early but to each their own. We will see.

I guess I am one of these highschool coach that like to see new players each season
Some year it is focus on speed, next year agility - even did a season with focus on confidence

I have had fun 99 season (did start season 2)

My gameplan skill just might not be good enough for pro-level
I leave that to all the experts that tell me what to do (and not to do)

1450 is low for most 4 major dots

we'll see how it shakes out at the end I guess

Yeah we will see. Nice thing about this being a shorter run up the ladder is if our take is a colossal fuck up, it won't take as long to identify it. I think the dots will be solid.

^ Thats going to be a Monster team to face no matter how people build.

Along with builds I would think some adjustment of co-ordinating will happen so should be interesting to watch what hsppens

they were a pain in the ass before; no reason to believe things changed

Yep, and that's definitely worth considering.

The guy who ran the comparison also said the difference between boosting early and not boosting early is negligible, and that's definitely worth considering too.

Most people seem to be paying all their attention to the first thing while ignoring the second thing... and THAT'S probably worth considering as well.

One thing I've found in this game is regardless of position, ending PV does not equate to the overall quality of the build at the highest level. A blend of SA's, effective AE along with the atty numbers all factor in. You can have high PV yet be lacking in the other areas and guess what...your build won't be as effective. A balance of the three is what separates at the highest levels from an average, to good, to elite build.

In the end, do what brings you the most enjoyment, as having fun is the most important aspect of the game.
