Yes. Obviously harder to win but it's not impossible. I've posted the last several Gold Championship games. Any Rome team is no/no. Bulldog Nation has been the most successful at no/no. And Sin City was no/no (all no/no except for 4 free players)

***.....Is this thing on ? The best power back I ever built was with a scat back archetype many seasons ago when the game was still in beta. My vision was to build an Eddie George / Earl Campbell type back. Not a bell cow but a short yardage monster with break away speed if he made it to the secondary. Sadly I didn't keep any notes on the build because I didn't expect the results I got. The most common hybrid builds I've seen over the past 10 seasons are RQBs. Has anyone tried a hybrid build that out performed your expectation and what was the position and what did you want the player to do. * side note Gerr made the best pass rushing DE I've ever seen, they were fast as crap but never missed tackles even if you ran power backs at them early.
