What I'm looking for:
1. Strong Plateau Roster
2. A dedicated DC who knows what he's doing
3. An understanding of ownerships plans and goals

Recent-ish World League OC Resume

S36: Hedgehogs OC. #2 Offense in our conference. 11-5 record. Lost in WL CCG (2-1)

S37: Hedgehogs OC. #2 Offense in our conference. 11-5 record. Lost in 2nd round (1-1)

S38: Hedgehogs OC. Bad offense. 3-13 record. Serious chemistry trouble led into serious morale trouble, it is what it is.

S41: Hedgehogs OC. #4 Offense in our conference. 7-9 record. DC quit GLB after three games, which sucked...

S44: Hedgehogs OC. #2 Offense in conference. #1 scoring offense in conference. 12-4 record. OMVP QB. #1 passing attack in WL. Most TDs thrown by large margin (54 vs 39 in 2nd place). #5 run offense in conference. #2 scoring offense in World League (41.3 PPG).

S45: Hedgehogs OC. #5 Offense in conference. #4 scoring offense in conference. 9-7 record. Went 1-1 in the playoffs with a loss 28-24. Led a stacked Alpha in passing TD as well as the TD-INT spread (+21). Pass/run were ranked 5th/7th showing balance.

S54: TSW OC. #2 Scoring offense in WL with 33.93 PPG. #2 Passing offense in WL. 7-9 record (missed playoffs). QB had 44 TDs, 27 INTs, 4186 Yards. RecFB led WL in receiving yards with 164 catches for 2005 yards.

S92. 4th Street OC. #1 Scoring offense in WL with 32.8 PPG. #1 Passing offense in WL. 11-5 record. QB had 39 TDs, 35 INTs, 5046 Yards and won WL OMVP. TE led WL in receiving, WR led all WL WR's in receiving, FB led all WL FB's in receiving. Lost in the WL Final-4, in playoffs averaged 444 oYPG and 22 PPG.

S93. Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps OC. #3 Scoring offense in WL with 29.9 PPG. #1 Passing offense in WL. 9-7 record. QB led WL in passing yards (4225) and passing TDs (30), finishing #2 in MVP race. RB was 4th in WL in rushing with 1467 yds. WR led all WL WR's in receiving with 1082 yds. Lost in the WL Final-4, in playoffs averaged 398 oYPG and 29.5 PPG.

S94. Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps OC. #3 Scoring offense in WL with 28.3 PPG. #2 Passing offense in WL. 7-9 record. Missed playoffs. QB led WL in passing yards (4312) and 3rd in passing TD's (28). recRB led all WL RB's in receiving yards with 1146. recFB led all WL FB's in receiving yards with 533.

S95. WLE Chaos & Stillwater Woodpeckers OC. Well... not the best season of old Ivian. Both teams combined went 1-31 (0-31 against others). There were a some bright spots, with a WL leading rusher among them, but obviously much more bad then good. Chaos posted 22.9 ppg, while Stillwater had 22.3 ppg. The two teams combined for 77 interceptions, and the season was quite humbling as I tried to make two non-conventional offenses work in the WL and failed quite spectacularly. Live, learn, and improve.

S96. Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps OC. #1 Scoring offense in WL (41.8 PPG, for reference #2 was a distant 31 PPG). #1 passing offense in WL (4789). #2 rushing yards in WL (2488) with WL-leading 4.8 YPC. QB won MVP, #1 pass yds (4789), #1 pass TDs (44) #1 yards/comp (11.6). pHB led conference in rush yds (1425), rush TD's (22) , and YPC (5.9). recHB #1 HB in rec yds (1118) and catches (127). recFB #1 FB in rec yds (874) and catches (97). WR was #1 WR in rec yds (1087), catches (47), TD's (10) and YPT (9.1). Record was 9-7 and exited with a rd1 playoff loss.

S97. Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps OC. Unfortunately I didn't scrape stats before the Thanos snap. Team went 12-4 and got the #1 seed. Also finished 1st place in the WL/Pro Tournament. Offense averaged around 45 PPG. pHB led WL in rushing, rushing TD's, and won WL MVP. Team finished #1 passing, #1 rushing, #1 YPC, #YPA. Lost in rd2 (made WL Final 4)

S98. Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps OC. Despite losing former WL MVP QB, former WL MVP RB (3x WL rushing leader), and former Pro MVP WR to retirement before this season, at the mid-season Thanos snap, team was once again #1 in scoring (~45 PPG), #1 in passing, and #2 in rushing. How would it have ended?...

Bring us to the Pros. it'll be more satisfying than jumping on a team already there. We just got Dr E to help on D, too.

Just upgraded the roster quite a bit shows the owner is serious

Or you can gravy train off the better teams like Von Miller. You're not really that great, but always going to a great team helps
