You can drop CPU Norwegian to about 10th since Ardmore rage quit and took all his players off the team. Only about 6 human dots left on that team.

Yep that's what that 6 in the front means. # of human players. Less of a ranking, more of "here's the training values, make of it what you will".
Otherwise I'd have put War Machine #1, as their EV is 461 with an average level of only 23, likely leapfrogs every one in front of them when they get around to boosting.
