honestly rounded up a better group of agents than I expected When we reestablished FFG back in s65, it seemed there were many more FA available than now. Actually, there definitely were more. Now that I think about it I can remember every season back then we'd have to replace at least a few players, but just searching in the ad marketplace you'd find plenty of FAs at every position. These days, you can barely find a single FA in the marketplace at most age tiers, even at glamour positions like QB and rTE. I suspect the only reliable way to build a team now is to have the majority of your roster commitments from day -1.
Honestly, I was going to tell you you rebooted to rookie too soon, about how we built a team of FAs which to this day after two resets back to rookie still exists mostly unchanged. However, my brotha actually just went through our original rookie team in s65, and only a handful of our current 22 agents actually had players on our team in that first season. Frankly, we had a lot of agents with a lot of dots on our team who unfortunately just don't play GLB anymore, for whatever reason- people who were with us for years. It just wasn't that difficult to find other players to replace them back then when they stopped playing.
It was after our first retirement and reset to rookie where you will see the majority of our current agents all on the roster. When we prepared for that rookie reset, we got commitments on all 55 roster spots. Really, that is what made us the team we are now. We got the whole team set and to this day its still almost the exact same team even after we retired and started again from rookie. I would advise to do something like that. Make a list of all 55 roster spots and what positions you need on your team forum, get agents to sign up, and you will be able to make a top team. You really need that carry over on the roster to be able to make your offense and defense fit the personnel perfectly, or vice versa. Even all that notwithstanding, its just too difficult to find free agent dots, I suspect, to do it any other way. I mean, 5 or 6 years ago we kind of did, but even then, we didn't become the team we are now until we had a team built with commitments from day -1, if you understand what I mean- and now it seems to be to be much more difficult to put together any kind of competitive team through FA than it was when we had to.

This age tier seems to be going strong so far as complete or mostly teams who are moving on. It looks like there will be 2 National Minor Leagues next season and when we all reach Reg Pro that will probably expand it back to 3 Leagues again, at least temporarily.
