lol, you couldn't even beat their B Squad. At least we didn't fail to win the worst conference in the history of dotball. You literally failed to win the easiest conference in the history of University level. We failed to win the most difficult one ever, and there is no shame in that.

GG Drumm, I never saw that one coming, I suppose that means we are going to have to game plan against you from now on. I shant have been looking ahead to Midnight in the final. Last time I do that... for multiple reasons

Unfortunately we both did the same thing only to fail. We lost due to a missed field goal but that's dotball for ya.

I'm happy where our team is at the moment. Other than getting further than your cocky asses, our goal was looking ahead.

Truthfully this has been a lot of fun this season. If only would have got all teams to give a shit instead of most teams but the confidence, arrogance and smack talk was a reminder of the early seasons when it was so much fun. Thanks for that everyone and looking forward to next season.

We lost to the same owner you did and the same team as MM did and I have no shame losing to a PLAYMAKERS team. Unlike you I respect the owners playing this game

Right, KC's defense surprised us, and we couldn't get anything going on offense against them. They got us on one big Offensive play, but other than that, it was a close game. Texas is trying to replace some dead weight this offseason, so hopefully we will be better. Maybe I'll even bring in a real DC, so my team doesn't have to rely on my shitty defense.

What? Why would you look ahead? You had no business doing that.

On the other hand, I don't know how you really game plan against a team that didn't try all season. Same thing happened last season to MM but we didn't need to game plan to beat the Playmakers because they really aren't good. I thought it'd be the same against Drumm, but they caught us. IDK what I was thinking. I should've just changed to the most generic offense possible. It would've taken one second. It was the same with Playmakers last season. They are just overloading against the offensive plays that worked against them all season. The problem was the playmakers still weren't good enough it could make a difference against us. I was mistaken to think it'd be the same with drumm this season. Oh well.

As far as the teams like BC and Texas are concerned, I doubt the playmaker teams will be a threat to you for much longer. He always builds for the middle age tiers and his teams fall off badly by the pros. It boggles my mind that it works in the University age tier, but at this level, an offense can still win by getting a few yards a play even with zero big play ability, like the playmakers ironically do. That doesn't really work in the Pros, so you still have a more promising future than playmakers, because from this point on they might as well restart, they build for this age tier, whether they realize it or not.

I'm seeing a similar trend all across GLB this season however. It unfortunately seems like the play-offs need to be reduced to two teams in each Conference only. All across GLB now you have the teams who tanked all season winning in the play-offs and none of the higher seeds are advancing. This has the potential to really be harmful to GLB if it continues... I just mean, if teams only are active for the play-offs, that is a ton of dead time, the vast majority of the time people won't be engaged. Engagement is key, right?

Now, that was a good, well thought out post.

I wonder has playmaker capped his dots' confidence yet, because I doubt anyone else has. Confidence definitely has more effect in the sim during the play-offs, although its tough to put a finger on it, you will notice it in games where there is a large discrepancy in the confidence of the two teams. I've mainly only noticed it against CPU teams (and I believe CPU dots have more confidence than the vast majority of agents apply on their dots) where it obviously wasn't enough to affect the overall outcome, but I finally got a chance to watch the play-off games and I'm seeing the same sort of thing. Our players were just hesitant and slow to react in a way they hadn't ever been before. I don't know if anyone else noticed that. Mainly though what I noticed was 3 guys in zone exactly where every one of our offensive plays was going. Next time I'll just have to switch to a generic game plan. I wasn't expecting that, the way they did nothing all season- but that is exactly what the Playmakers did last season. I guess I thought if it didn't work for the playmakers against us last season, it wasn't going to work for drumm. That was a mistake
