I didn't even notice this. I thought we called it. When we completed that last pass I was like, crap, we're out of timeouts. Wad surprised when we got it. Guess I know why.

Got to love the logic behind calling that time out. I'd much rather the game go into overtime than to help out the other team. At least I would have a chance to get the ball first in overtime.

meh. I don't hate the T.O. call on 3rd and long. If you guys get the stop, you have 25 seconds and 2 TO's to drive maybe 20-25 yards for your own game winning FG attempt.
If you stop us on that 3rd down play and win with that T.O. I am bitching at GLB for not using a rushing play there to waste another TO of yours or to run down more clock

We already used the other timeouts on the prior series. That was our last time out so there was nothing to gain by calling it. 3rd and 11 on your 24, tie game... I'm taking my chances with YOU calling a time out and wasting one of yours. If that happens you are on your side of the field with 15 seconds to go and no time outs.
We probably still lose in over time but at least we had a better chance.

Been there myself. One of the downsides of Casual
