#2, I'm still new when compared to most established OC's and DC's out there so I'm still learning stuff. And it's a farm team as well so... I suppose the care level overall (beyond growing great future dots) is not as up there as it is with teams trying to make WL. But I do hope to find my butt up there someday...when I'm good enough. 
Well done sir. I have been lazy on GLB for awhile but we have 40 preset plans to pick from. Was thinking of a plan for Lincoln but you made that meaningless. GL in final
