So if I have 2 dots on WLE teams, and now 2 dots on this Anti-WLE team, and they all leave Chicago on a west-bound train at 2 pm travelling 40 miles per hour, do I actually have any dots now?

Well that depends sir, where is said train's final destination? Because that could possibly throw a ton of variable's into this equation.
Also, what kind of train sir? Is it a very slow moving bullet train, or are they box car hopping in a freight locomotive? Also you have to vary in wind speed and direction, what phase the moon is in that night, and if by any chance it is October than my god we may never solve this problem.
