From my pov its our attempt to maybe provide options for agents and help where possible a layer of teams working toward a rep at WL Level
No offense to any Natty Pro teams but imo the game will continue (only) as long as the WL remains " A step above" everything else....and without some competition building through the age groups its a long haul maybe for some agents these days. And because Im addicted to GLB (there I said it) its our way of keeping on partying

gotta have someone to practice against ....right ?
Im not saying networks are bad but I feel like eventually there will be like 3 or 4 groups that hold all teams and players and that wouldn't be as fun.
Ima keep being 97 Sting ... im willing to help anyone who needs it (especially new agents who are willing to listen) but not looking to join any "Wolfpack"
As of this writing ... there are only 307 teams left total across GLB ... networks or feeder teams are what is keeping this site alive right now. As far as new people, what I see is a very small handful of the old people coming back.
Thank you to the few truly dedicated groups and independent owners that keep this game going.

My view is that WL seems healthy. That's 12 teams. Yes, there are 6-8 teams that are entrenched there but seems to be good competition from others trying to get there (staying there is another matter).
The Pro level is relatively healthy. That's another 48 teams. A little light in some places, so say with WL included, there are 50-60 healthy teams at the top.
From Reg Pro down is where things get dicey as far as "health." So out of the 307 teams, taking away the WL/Pro teams, that's about 250 teams that are a collection of feeders (to the top 50 or so), not long term sustainable, or just plain trudging along.
The 10 team WLE is simply a group that hope to push more competitive teams into that top tier of 50-60 teams. Each are working independently to get there, but we are working together and sharing knowledge. Getting advice from those that are already there or perhaps been there. Hopefully that makes all of the Pro leagues more competitive.
The problems associated with the other 250 teams is a tougher issues and can only be solved with increased, competent players. But our "network" truly hopes to simply add to the "health" at the top of what is still here at GLB. Along the way, I think we are at least waking up some of these forums & leagues.
