KC inspired by Mahomes to sling it.

#1 STALINGRAD – RL3 – earned some bragging rights in how they won
#2 Brew Crew – RL1 – fended off all the critiques doing it their way NOT PROMOTING
#3 WAR HAMMER – RL1 – boosted their way up the rankings in the playoffs
#4 KC Comets – RL3 – got to be disappointed to not get that title
#5 Houston Hurricanes – RL1 – postseason just didn’t work out
#6 PVAC Gofers – RL1 – had some big wins & a conference title
#7 Phnom Penh Chaos – RL1 – have had enough Brew for this season
#8 Phnom Penh Insanity – RL3 – kind of look like #7?
#9 Dairy State Cheeseheads – RL1 – opened some eyes with postseason performance
#10 Florida State Criminoles – RL3 – they staying or moving up to Prep? NOT PROMOTING
#11 NO Golden Kangaroos – RL1 – looks like they plan on moving out of Rookie NOT PROMOTING
#12 Blue Lagoon – RL3 – can put some points on the board NOT PROMOTING
#13 Palm Bay Palookas – RL1 – fell on hard times but stuck to their long range plan
#14 Athens Odyssey – RL2 – hard to tell how high to put them given the competition
#15 Gridiron Grit (Johnson County Copperheads in PL2) – RL3 – best non-playoff team around
#16 Blue Moon Coffee House – RL2 – 2nd best in the RL3 land NOT PROMOTING
#17 DC Freedom – RL3 – got some holes to fill
#18 TEN Titans – RL2 – just finding some teams to fill out a top 20 NOT PROMOTING
#19 Vancouver Vaccines – RL2 – need more humans NOT PROMOTING
#20 Taxandria Troopers – RL2 – better than the CPUs
