Yeah, something wrong there... Manhattan needs to be sent down for sure. Not sure how they got to stay up last season. 34 game losing streak.

Werthers or whatever might have the best chance up here if they can fill their roster. Other than that, there’s nothing in regional pro. Maybe Nassau...but they’re under leveled and I kinda wanna go for another gold for them, but I can ask

Werthers should have been moved up being that they were in the Championship game... they would be a better option than Manhattan.

It looks like only 1 team came up from RPE1??? I thought 4 usually come up. I dont know who went to rookie though, imo you should not be able to decline promo, either go up or go down
