1. I've never seen a moving dot on the internet garner so much hatred

2. Aren't top players supposed to beat up on lower level competition in pretty much every sport?

3. The other top RB's in the South America Pro League aren't in the same conference as Cobra Kai so what does that say about the other conference's defense?

4. Greatest is always a subjective term. There is no uniform greatest but I at least give respect to players who do what they are supposed to do in given situations.

I don't think I'd give the crown to anyone after not even three seasons of existence but I do enjoy watching the highlights of these HB's long runs, including Tea Baggins, and am working on building one of the type myself.

I bolded the statement that wasn't thought out very well. What does that say about Baggins conference if he and his backup have a combined 47 touchdowns and 2,200 yards?

I think I've carried on long enough. My point (along with multiple others) is still on the table, while I will now go find something else to do.

If he is the best, why does he have nothing to show for it? No League Championship trophy, not the best stats, not the most touchdowns. He's not even better than some HB's in his own league.

There is absolutely no reason to believe he is the best, except that Bort used him in a few day process testing Season 4 settings? Ok...if you think that reason alone is good enough to worship this guy, thats fine.

But the best player in GLB to me, will be the one who has the most touchdowns, the most yards, the toughest league he can possibly play in, and an actual Championship trophy. After all, that's what we play for anyways, right?

and you dont think that having a high redzone scoring percentage is a good thing? Thats what good players do, they score when they have too. Scoring in the redzone is one of the hardest things to do because the defense has less field to cover.

He also forgets that LT is the ONE who gets them into the Red Zone most of the time!!!

In my mind there is no "Best RB in the Game". Tea Baggins is sick to say the least if you watch any of his highlights. Greg Alstott is the same but appears to be more of a power runner compared to Baggins flair. There is no possible way to figure out the best position player in the game at a position, the competition levels are too different.

In my mind though, Tea Baggins is the best RB in SA Pro. Numbers don't mean everything with gutted teams. If you watch highlights you can figure out why he is great. Once Skanker, mad props on Tea, boosts him watch out.

It says it's no worse than the other conference whose backs you named considering Adam Baum(who you named) and Boognish Ween both are Rosario Fire players and have a combined 54 TD's and 2,943.5 Yds.

Actually, the Alpha SA pro conference is weak. We are in Zeta so the OP was correct in his assessment. Do your homework before trying to call people out next time.

I did my homework, and it showed (using simple 4th grade math) that Baggins has less of every important feature than 10-20 other running backs in GLB. Including a trophy.

Until I get real evidence that Baggins is the best, why even continue this conversation (or thread)? He had some great 50 yard runs in blowouts, that you taped and put on youtube. Good for him.

Anyways, you guys have fun gloating about your sub-par HB. The rest of us will be gameplanning so we can get into the playoffs, and maybe win a trophy.

Toodles,
Dave

Listen, I know he's a good HB. I have no problem admitting that. But when people create threads like "Tea Baggins-Greatest RB in GLB?", with no way to back that statement, that annoys me.

There are 15 threads about this. Why another one? And statistically, he isn't the greatest. So this entire 17 page thread, was basically worthless.
