I was actually starting to get worried after that 1st Qtr. lol. That QB was killing us with his legs, lol. Why so many Screens to the Backs? I think they have a Repeat Play Penalty now that might have hurt you guys doing that?

As for screens, I had the package on auto-adjust. They looked good early and took off. But then your guys started blowing up the blocking later. The 2nd half was just a slow painful demise. We couldn't hold on when it counted.

Turnovers made the difference in the game. A couple costly turnovers on kick returns allowed us to start with good field position and capitalize. Outside those plays, it was a closer matchup than the boxscore would show.

I'll give Iowa the credit by being able to keep your passing in check most of the game and your rushing QB contained. My offense wasn't good enough. Perhaps we can try it again come postseason? Good luck the rest of the way.

We got the breaks in that game even with the -3 in turnovers. Iowa's D as always, and our rushing was able to wear you down. Glad to get that game out of the way.

You guys had a tough 1st half schedule. Expecting you to starting moving up the conference ladder and we could get another chance in the playoffs. Good luck til then!
