Unfortunately, yes.

Teams with 1 playoff win will probably get promoted, there has even been occasion of a no playoff win team being promoted recently I think. It would be a shame if some of those plateau teams get bumped before any of the better ones athens came up with
The RP 1/2 thing was when there were still 2 elite leagues. Competitive teams dont promote to pro unless through a support swap.

I took DIABLO to the WEST one season in the franchise history and won GOLD then went back, Thats 1 for 1 in case your don't know what comes after 0? No one in this league has won WEST and EAST fwiw.
