...you realize they only have 4 level 79 guys right...and its not one of the main skilled players. Oline and a WR who was targeted 1 time with no catch.

Their three O-linemen who were level 79 got 22 pancakes in a 1 point game. You think that makes no difference? They won by just running it down our throats.

Edit: I don't begrudge them the win. They did what they had to do within what was allowed. I wish it were not allowed, but that will never change. Having said that, I very much look forward to competing against them, either in the pros or in tournaments when we are all on an equal footing, and I do wish them good luck in the final game.

Yeah real nice game. Fun one to watch. Thought my damn aggressive CBs were gonna blow the game. Forgot to take them off of aggressive for the POs. I only leave them on aggressive during the reg season. But yeah after seeing those first GL stops I knew if you scored a TD you would have to go for two and that would be the game. Not many people ever score on us when inside the 5. If they do it takes all 4 times.

Well thats all broom does. run, run, run ,run, run, uh oh 3rd and longer than 3, lets throw a short drag pass or screen. run, run, run, run. So ofcourse you knew it was coming. And they do a hell of a job executing and you guys did a heck of a job containing it. But yeah those 79s had nothing to do with it. They had no more cakes than their level 73 guys. Their level 73 OT had 18 cakes. And i think their 79 guys actually got revcaked more than the 73 guys, or close to it.

Both their 73 and 79 O-linemen averaged about 1 revcake. They had one 73 who got matched up on our pass rushing DE and got a ton of pancakes. Other than that their 73 O-linemen averaged exactly 2 pancakes while their 79 linemen were averaging just over 7. It makes a difference. I don't see how you can say it doesn't unless your just trying to be a contrarian for the sake of it. You really think that if I can add 3 players who will boost my pancake total by about 15 when we play you that this will not affect the game at all?

Look, I get your beef, I hate the level 79 teams in RPE. I hate that II had to add some to this team, but I had to rebuild my line three times on the way up and had no other choices that were any good this season.

oops did i mention we didnt scout or set any tactics? I didnt, I couldnt careless about this league. You still would have lost had you used that offense. So it makes no difference. You also realize there are VAs that count towards being the HOME team. In POs we were home. I saved VAs all season for the sole reason that if we got #1 seed I would put those VAs in hometown hero. So that does help. Those dont work in scrims. But like I said either way it wouldnt have mattered. Same goes for today, didnt scout or set tactics and same goes for game vs broom. If you want we can play more next season, im going to Africa, go there too if youd like

edit: too add the Ais used in the PO game and the scrim were two different AIs. So there is that too.
edit2: Also to add, the 1 and only thing I did change for the game vs you was put every player on defense to RUN focus. After the game I put them all back, which is over half to pass focus. So in the scrim today it was normal. So there is that too. So like I said before, we would have beaten you with any OAI you used in the PO game.

Congrats on your strategy, and I'm not foolish enough to think a scrimmage even ranked would be taken that seriously for you to game plan over it at this point in the season. I admit there is some room for error in this extrapolation. ;( I'ts just friggnin fun to beat you for a change , scrimmage or not.

GG and congrats Corey & MD! Great game to watch and in the end we had too many bumps to overcome. GL in the LC. Congrats to Broom as well on their CC!

It will be fun following some of the teams coming out of this league and see how they play in the PLs and see who can make it to WL. GL everyone next season!
