SAs, unless Power Thru is standard issue on RQBs nowAEQ's for Power Thru are pretty standard issue on rQB's afaik. Don't tend to see many good ones without.
As for SAMSON getting god like stats, honestly speaking it isn't all him. If you've watched the plays, their oline, hb, fb, and te's are all doing a way above average job of picking up blocks and more importantly "holding" the blocks (or pancaking). Also, SAMSON is a really well built dot designed for breaking tackles more so then speed. He follows the blockers just right getting "tackled" at the same time a blocker gets there making it easier for him to either lure people into blockers or use his way above average build to break the tackles in general. Plus runners of all types in general have huge bonuses to avoid getting tackled behind the LoS and the runs they have the most success on are because they are trying to make the tackle by the 1 lucky unblocked person behind the line putting the odds in favor of it being missed as well.
Long story short, SAMSON would not be nearly as good on my team or several others I suspect (conversely I seriously doubt any other rQB would be as good on MG either but probably a better chance of it then the reverse), this team is built to allow runs as a consistency for victory. I don't know how well it will work once they reach level 79 facing a defense full of diving tackles, wrap ups, +MT%, +AF% etc ... but I think prior to that level they should continue to dominate pretty effectively as the great demoralizers.
I know my team specifically was never built to stop this particular style of offense even at the level 79 range so I bank a lot of my hopes on other teams being able to knock them out before I get to them
