Strength (and carry) helps with your BT score, and Spin is a BT ability, but Spin is also Agility dependent.

Well this statement is pretty irrelevant because any dot that is spinning won't have much less than ~80 agility anyway.

But like I said, I 100 agility RQB isn't spinning with 49/49strcry

Ok, didn't see the OPs low carrying. But what I was trying to say is that spin will fire if agility and carrying is high enough. It's not so strength dependent (but strength helps)
