so when your capping something next and took it out of train its best to sit on the SP's till u can cap instead of making them usefull by spending them until it is capped? Ah wtf though id bet that dot is probly not doing that judging by his build.....but it is possible

The point is that training stuff in the 40s in the most inefficient training you can possibly do, took me a while to figure this out myself https://sites.google.com/site/glbmandyross/training_hotspots , it would actually be more efficient to cap it and then continue to train it at 48+
