Shhhhh, we're keeping that a secret. We played and beat a 4-3 team... that's good right? ...but yea, our wins come from teams that average 1-6 That's why I stated earlier our first lose will come soon.

You guys are incredibly good! Good game planning, nicely built non-boosted dots.
We may beat you but at the same time I am not sure if we can do that. Unless we boost then I am certain we can aren't going to boost during the regular season. If we make the playoffs then we will be boosting.

I take that back. I just noticed in the Membership rolls that you are listed as a former Legacy member.

8/12 against the Rabid Squirels will be a good challenge to see how we compare to the big boys of the league.

Good Game Bloodfart. The Iowa Onanists have a great defense that kept the Famous Monsters of Filmland pinned down all game long.

Mid-season rankings (top eight teams)

Alpha Conference

#1Lynchburg Death Dealers
- Watch this team continue to steam roll in the 2nd half of the season. This team in my opinion is the best in Alpha, especially the way they took down the Badgers and took down Ivory Coast.

#2The Breakfast Club
- Granted that TBC have played eight teams with a combined record of 13 wins and 51 losses, they won those games by destroying all those teams. Next eight games will be a bit tougher for them but they are showing that they are a force to reckon with!

#3Ivory Coast Breakers
- Even with that loss against Brethren, I see them just a notch below Lynchburg and TBC.

#4Brethren Krewe Amity
- This team takes the fourth spot courtesy of their win over Ivory Coast in week two although they did lose a close one against the Badgers and nearly got toppled by Manila Folders.

#5Fortaleza Badgers
- As a result of getting beaten up by Lynchburg, this team gets the fifth spot.

#6Axis: Pinoy All Stars
- Despite not yet boosting, this team is showing that they can compete against the tougher teams in league but they better watch out that week ten against TBC it will determine if they can get a higher in my rankings.

#7Indianapolis Rabid Squirels
- They are beating up weak teams but have yet to keep it close against the better teams as shown by their week one and two matches.

#8Winchester Phoenix
- They get to be the eight placed team on Alpha and I don't see them getting higher. They have a big game in week nine, they have to beat Phocian or else they lose the eight spot.

Good Game Breakfast Club...very well fought...17-14 finish...I was hoping we could stay with you...you were 8-0 going into the game , we were 6-2 ....we stayed close...congrats on the win

Yea, it was a very close game! Great job slowing down the passing offense. Guess I should try better at not being so predictable!

Mid-season rankings (top eight teams)

#1Famous Monsters of Filmland
- Undefeated in 8 games, don't need to say anything more.

#2Iowa Onanists
- Iowa's lone loss gets them #2 and the loss was against the numero uno team.

#3The Replacement Players
- Team seems to be in cruise control and will play a big game against Holland at the start of the 2nd half of the season.

#4Holland Pinoy All Stars
- So far the team looks pretty good despite that close loss against Iowa but they seem to be off sync when they played a well fought game against Funny Lions.

#5Speyside Whiskys
- Right now I have these guys at #5 just because they lost 2 close games against Iowa and Filmland and the two teams above them have yet to play either both teams so look for them to rise up in the rankings sometime soon.

#6Ibiza Birdmen
- Two losses means getting ranked in the bottom of the top 8.

#7Pacific Punishers
- That one point loss against Iowa was tough had they won that game they see themselves in the top 4

#8Himalaya Holy Monkeys
- The Monkeys bring up the rear and its a bit crowded here because we have two other teams just outside the eight spot that will take over this slot on their next loss.

In order to avoid claims of bias I have again excluded from my rankings the Famous Monsters of Filmland.

TOP FIVE TEAMS IN UNIVERSITY LEAGUE

1.) Iowa Onaists - Damn! Bloodfart has this team ready to dominate. The defense is suffocating.

2.) Holland Pinoy All Stars- WARNING!!! WARNING!!! jdpbernal has not boosted this team's DOTS yet. This team easily dismantled a tough Replacement Players team and the Holland Pinoy All Stars will only get better as the season goes on.

3.) The Replacement Players- The Effective Level masters. This team has an average DOT effective level of 43 (695.21). Once this team starts game-planning for the playoffs all bets are off.

4.) Lynchburg Death Dealers- Impressive wins over the Ivory Coast Breakers and Fortaleza Badgers shows what this team is capable of.

5.) The Breakfast Club- I dont want hear anymore bullshit about the strength of schedule. These guys can only play the teams that are assigned to them. Until they lose a game, the Breakfast Club makes it on my top five teams.

Lol, thanks! I'm shooting for 10-6 to finish the season personally. Our schedule for the remainder of the season will be rough... and the last game we played was already rough! We got lucky... I blame my offense since I'm a rookie OC.
