- Salem Spiders almost took out Hostile Takeover

- Good battle between Speyside Whiskys and Pacific Punishers. Whiskys controlled the clock that basically slowed down the Punishers offense.

- Ibiza almost took down Iowa when they led by 6 after the first half but the Onanists' running game in the 2nd half got them back and eventually pulled away for the win.

- A very entertaining game between two non-boosting teams. Monkeys won by using a good passing game plan.

- Badgers had a good enough lead in the first half to hold on for a big win over Axis Pinoy.

- Ivory Coast lost a tough one against Brethren. The Breakers won the total net yards and owned the possession time but not the end game score. Brethren's big third quarter was all that they needed to get the win!

Games to watch for week #3

Zeta games:
Lynchburg Death Dealers vs Axis: Pinoy All Stars
- Death Dealers looking to get their 2nd win against a struggling Axis Pinoy who still has yet to boost. LDD has the inside track to win this game but they shouldn't take the Pinoy team lightly because as shown by their previous game against the Badgers that they can move the ball down field and be a threat to score.

Fortaleza Badgers vs Winchester Phoenix
- On paper, Badgers has the edge and will most likely get their 3rd straight win. Winchester will keep it close in the first half but the Badgers tough rushing game will let them pull away in the 2nd half.

Alpha games:
Holland Pinoy All Stars vs Iowa Onanists
- Holland has had two easy games and now have to face the Onanists who have been very very good in their preseason games and looked in excellent shape in their first two regular season games. Iowa will take this one with Holland trying to keep up with the Onanists high powered offense.

HM Funny Lions vs Hostile Takeover
- This should be a very entertaining match. Two nonboosting teams that shouldn't be overlooked. Both teams look well coached and dots are looking good despite not boosting. I see Hostile taking this one due to the fact that the Lions looked out of sync from their previous game.

Speyside Whiskys vs Famous Monsters of Filmland
- Damn! After looking at the GMs, owners and coordinators of these two teams. I see that both teams will be a force to reckon with this season. Whiskys has the edge on this game simply because of how they won their previous game.

Himalaya Holy Monkeys vs Salem Spiders
- Should I say upset win by Salem? The Spiders team looked really good in their previous game that I have a hunch that they will pull off an upset against HHM.

Lol, no worries. The team is a Monster League team. I just appreciate the commentary. For me anyway, it makes the league more interesting to follow.

- Just as I predicted, Phoenix kept the game close in the first half especially with that incredible 21 point first quarter but then the Badgers laid down some big time plays which basically took out some excellent game planning by Phoenix.

- Death Dealers almost took it on the chin, good thing that their kicker has some excellent legs in pumping in 2 PAts and 4 field goals to win by 6. Axis Pinoy showed that they can still be competitive while they take their sweet time in boosting their dots.

- Onanists probably overlooked the Holland team on this game. Despite that bagel of a score by Holland, it didn't show how well they defended against the power rushing game of Onanists. If not for Iowa's DC doing an excellent job on defense in not letting Holland put up any points, it would've been a very close game!

- I believe that I overlooked this match, sorry about that guys its tough writing a write up while trying to debug programs at work. This is probably the best match today! Both teams going back and forth, one team scoring a field goal and the other team replying back with a their own field goal. One team takes it to the end zone the other team replies back! Damn good game both teams!!!
