Is he ok? I hope it is something routine.
It is a severe blood infection that migrated from a UTI. I have been on very powerful antibiotics....and I still am.
My nurse comes to see me daily. I have to administer the magic bullets at night via a central line.
I am still in the game and glad to be home after 10 days flat on my back.
Please ask others you know to pray for me as well.
JAMES 5
13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
I am home from the hospital. I am still taking powerful intravenous anti-bio-tics. The Lord willing I will be at Bible Study on Thursday night. Please continue to pray for the healing of my muscles that I might continue to serve the Lord. Thank you for your prayers. I could feel God's love and healing power as soon as you began to pray. As I said, I am home, but the attack of Satan upon my body, heart and mind has not relented. Please pray for my body, my heart and mind. ~Burt aka Blue Max
