I could be wrong but I think if you boost day 0 then on day 40 you will be level 42 650/1000.
If you wait to boost you will hit level 43 on day 40. But then again prob doesnt matter I guess really. Just a few training % points difference.

The point of boosting on day 0 is to hot 35 ASAP and end with extra VAs. The extra VAs far outweigh the marginal training % saved. Of course it is important to plan around this with your build so that you are not boosting at inconvenient times.

Yeah checked it, and that is correct. Because once you hit level 41 your daily training goes to 25XP a night instead of 50XP. If you boost day 0, that will happen to you at around day 26.

Did the math myself.
Boosting Day 0 will give you an extra 1,150VA XP. Which = 1 more VA at end build.

I thought it was 2 VAs, maybe that is with the 22 - 25 boost as well. In any event I don't think it would be good for most of my builds to not boost until D40. Gotta keep those training values in the butter zones

Less to do with training values, more to do with what caps you are hitting and what atts you are MTing
