There's lots more recruiting to be done by teams in Zeta. That could be a problem in Semi-Pro since its at the bottom of the funnel when it comes to these aged based leagues. I see between 11 and 13 teams in each conference that either should be or could be competitive. That's really not horrible.

Last season was way better. Teams got demoted that are way better than teams that got promoted. I am just complaining about the process I suppose. Where's Szechuan? I'll swap to their conference

I don't have the PM's...but I have 4 dots at this Age level which are FA's and half the teams in this league are recruiting them it seems!
