Perth here. We have performed well below expectations thus far. Really focused to turn that around this season.

Yeah, tons of close losses. We've got an experienced and sucessful agent base that is used to winning in our own ventures. We've gotten together and the builds are fine but we've just been a hair behind the ball on getting it done. Did not expect this team to be 16-16 through two seasons of existance even if our build plan is a little on the slow maturing side.

We've also had the misfortune of being in two very good leagues with teams like Tokyo Kamikaze, the BOLN teams, GA, etc., I too did not expect to be .500 after two seasons of play but we played a lot of teams built for the here and now and not for the long-term like we are. At the same time I'd say I'm culpable for some of our failures during the early going last season, we really should've been more like 11-5 last season but sometimes that's just not the way things go, 7-9 isn't acceptable and that will change this season.

While I'm at it though, Pro trophies > Rookie Trophies imo.
