We finished first in passing, but one thing that's true, stats mean nothing if they don't come with winning the championship.

Pyongyang Proles clearly the best effective level. After that you need to go a long way down before you see any significant difference.

Meh, it gives us vague idea of whose playing to win minors and whose building towards Pros. Its pretty obvious several teams this go around have no intention of making it to Pros and want to win now.

I've heard that thought before, of course that was way back when there were 19 leagues at this level.
