I've never done this before but wanted to post a little write up for the West since my team is involved. No trash talk just Real talk. Here's my power ranking through the first 4 games:

1) Legacy's Wheel City Dragons 4-0
In league they beatup a solid 3-1 Valyria team 88-0. Beat pro teams Monterey Bay(3-1) amd Seattle Blue. Also beat a few undefeated National teams Steiner Ball dawgz(4-0) and Outlaw Midgets(5-0). Their scrimmages held this season are against a bunch of who's who in GLB. This team should win the West.

They are led by Sir Walter who in league has rushed 65 times for 872 yards with 14 TD's. Their Defense is led by Kenneth 49ers who already has 3 sacks/ 5 picks. Speed D Rusher II has pressured QB's with 8 Hurries/ 10 sacks.. better keep a TE/FB in to block this beast

2) Sunred 4-0
Early on in the season this solid team has an Effective level amongst the best in Reg. Natty(1367.09)and a Team rank 61st amongst all GLB teams. That alone should atleast get the attention of Legacy. Sunred has a couple really nice wins beating Easts' Orlando(3-1) and Wests Laos(3-1)/ SinCity(3-1). Although they handed those three teams their only loses, those 3 wins came by a combined total of only 17 points.

They are led by Willis Mcgahee who has amassed 568 yards on 112 carries with 8 TD's. Sunred with be one of the favorites to win the league and move on to the pro's next season.

3) Sin City 3-1
I have them slotted ahead of 4-0 Ljungskile because they have played well in a tougher schedule. SC's only loss came to #2 Sunred. They have key wins against Nigeria Nightmares(4-1) and Oberon Bulls(5-0). SC are led by Leaonard Ray Dawson who has thrown 204 passes with 136 completions..nice %.. but a 33TD/1 INT ratio is phenomonal! Thurston Howell III has pulled in 12 TD's with only 23 catches... U really want to leave your LB on an island against $?

4) Ljungskile Dire Wolves 4-0
Effective Level 1364.26... niiiiice. This team hasn't had to show much but beat a good South Sydney team. As their owner states..this is their final season. Shockingly they went 2-14 last season.. roster change or was their league last season that tough? 12 of those 14 losses last season were by less than 3 scores... guess they lost a couple then just put the AI on cruise control(most of us have been there/ done that.)

This team has something to play for this season and they have started strong. They are led by Hellfire Shocken who has raped opponents for 1207 yards on only 136 carries with 11 Td's. Their RB2 is building a resume worthy of starting minutes.. 46 carries for 537 yards and 7 TD's... better watch your back Shocken.

5) The Team 3-1
El 1362.87. My team so I wont bother you with details. Unproven but solid squad. Our loss came against the East's 4-0 Legion Las Vegas squad. Key wins against Wat? and Seattle Delta 9. A couple early season blowouts.

Team is led by Frank Ghore and JC Seneca... combined total of 38 rushing TD's.

6) Laos 3-1
Not a stellar scrimmage record but they like to play them. Their team world rank is 149 so i guess they are fo real. EL 1336.99 and they beat a 4-0 Steiner Bull Dawgz squad. This team could just be on cruise control.

7-11)
(7) Valyria(3-1) beat Auston Packers 19-10... hasn't played a really tough schedule yet.. so this team could surprise
(8) Hugos(3-1) only loss came to a championship caliber team Carthaginion(4-0). They are 8-1 including scrimmages so this is another team to watch out for..they could jump way up in a couple games.
(9/10/11) Hamburg/Walking Dead and Iron Monkeyz... these three teams should be better than this.. guess we'll wait and see how the season shakes out..tough early schedule for a couple of them ... hope they dont pack it in just yet.

About Dire Wolves. We had 4 seasons at Europe PRO League and we where Playoff team every year except last season when I had a hiccup with our Offense. 2-14 was not what it was suppost to be, but it went south and kept on doing...well well. We gonna try to make a good run this season.

...and no not a new roster at all.

....and also love to read this stuff, great man keep it up

I also have never done this so dont eat me up on it, but here we go.

Easter Conference Outlook through week 5:

Gold Coast Michelin Men - (5-0)
An unknown team this season since they have played only 1 real quality team in the Saigon Whores. Fortunately for GCMM, bhall and the whores have 0 cares so they got an easy win. With an APV of 1370, the roster looks good, but only time will tell. When they play a better team, some questions will be answered. Week 7 against RnR Damnation will be their first real test. They are however a lock for the playoffs.

Northwood Trojans - (5-0)
They beat a decent Hamburg team in their out of conference game, but just like GCMM, they have yet to play a quality team in conference yet. An APV of 1335 with a slightly older roster and lots of inactives will likely catch up with them before long. Their next game against RnR Damnation will tell us just who they really are. They are a lock for the playoffs also.

Carthaginian War Elephants - (5-0)
This is a veteran APL team that is always a threat to win if they have the cares, and that is the only thing that concerns me about them. A 1302 APV and a slightly older roster may mean that they will be putting the cares in to try and go out with a .gif with those older dots. They beat a good Hugo's team already and took out RnR. If they have the cares they could be the team to beat. Their next game with the Legion will say alot about this team and what their intentions are. Locked in for the playoffs

Legion's Las Vegas Avengers - (5-0)
Out of the gate they beat The Team from the Western Conference. They have also beaten RnR already. With an APV of 1392 they looked really promising. That was until I really looked at it and saw that 3/4 of the roster is inactive and the owner of the team owns all the inactives. Could this be an issue? We will see this week when they play CWE in what is going to be a tone setter for the rest of the league. Locked in for the playoffs

Orlando Midget Mafia - (4-1)
Only loss so far was by 3 to a Sunred Smashers team that may be the team to beat in the whole league. We all know that morale victories dont count though. They have beaten 2 decent teams, but the jury is still out on OMM. A 1339 APV and a younger roster than many teams could mean that they are looking to get back into PRO quickly. They have what looks to be an easy stretch of games, before a brutal stretch with all the now undefeated teams at the back end of their schedule. They are a lock for the playoffs and who knows what could happen from there.

Big Ole TD's - (4-1)
Took it on the chin from OMM, but looks to be a pretty solid team. 1325 APV with a slightly older roster, but seem to have some cares. Doesn't matter, they are winners in my book no matter what because I love me some Big Ole TD's!!!! They also get alot of brownie pts for their team avi. Playoff lock.

South Sydney Rabbitohs - (3-2)
They have 2 losses to 2 pretty tough teams, but dont let the record fool you. They are a VDA network team and if they have any cares they will be a tough task for anyone. A 1305 APV with some younger dots mixed in makes me wonder whether they are just a farm team or if they have the cares to make a run. Should be a playoff lock.

Rock and Roll Damnation - (3-2)
Before the season started, on paper these guys looked as though they could have been one of the teams to beat this season. They have 2 dissappointing losses but they are to 2 of the undefeated teams in the conference so lets not get ahead of ourselves. A 1369 APV with an old roster may mean this is their last hoorah. Should be a playoff team.

If I were ranking them right now:
1. CWE
2. GCMM
3. OMM
4. Legion's
5. Northwood
6. South Sydney
7. Big Ole TD's
8. RnR Damnation
9-16 are a toss up

Great stuff guys!!! Should be a fun season to watch play out. I prefer a top to bottom conference but there are several strong teams to measure ones self against here. GL to all.

After Week 5 The West only has minor movement in my rankings:

- 1) Legacy Holds strong at #1 after beating the #3 team Sin City 48-6.. no doubt about Legacy and their position.

- 2) Sunred punched Oakland in the face 255+ to 0. The Legacy- Sunred matchup will be interesting

+1 3) Ljungkile moved up one with a good win versus Valyria 37-18 while the #3 team SC suffers from an early season brutal schedule

-1 4) Sin City will have the rest of the season to get right for the playoffs ..falling to 3-2.

+4 5) Hugos is better than the 8th rank they were given early on... much respect after trounching Iron Monkeyz 143-0 while the three teams above them were not very impressive

- 6) Laos holds its spot while beating a decent 0-4 team but only won 49-17 so they let Hugos slip by.

-2 7) The team drops two after a win. Not very impressive giving up 30 points to an 0-4 team..they better get their shit together.

-1 8) Valyria Lost to #3 Ljungskile 37-18... this is a team i expect to finish in the top 5... just another case of a rough early season ..but a loss is a loss.. they drop one spot

- 9) Hamburg no movement after squeeking by #10 16-14

- 10) Walking Dead loses 14-16 but doesn't drop in ranking since the #11 team drops 143-0 and the rest of the oh fer's remain oh fer....

- 11) Iron Monkey only gets its name mentioned here because they have a win... but they lose 143-0... guess their season is just about over as the eighth playoff spot is occupied by a 3-2 team.
