Well the true question is, why do you think these other teams have stamina and SA's?

Most players this age SHOULD have capped stamina by now. Or at least have it trained into the high 30's.. That is if they plan on getting it to the usual 60. SA's will start being attributed more so towards the end of this season when everyone hits 68.. If you haven't capped stamina by level 68, you are definitely behind.

Yeah most of my dots are at the 1st cap for stamina thru training with a rollover or 2 at this point. Other agents on my team are a little lower in the 30s. I start Multi training as soon as I can though and depending on position/build plan, I dont always take the primary skill quite as high as I know others do. And then sometimes I just flat out build some stinkers.

I'm targeting more rounded builds than most people I know tend to build. Thats not to say that better dotbuilders than me dont have rounded builds with better SPV & efficiency. I'd like to get more efficient with my builds personally but I just dont care to do that much math or keep notes. Luckily for me, I have better dotbuilders than me at some key positions.

But on SAs & AEQ in general....I dont know how people dont go shopping early unless you absolutely build all of it from scratch later on around Pro or Reg Pro (or I suppose farming for WL). I think (for some builds) its almost mandatory to roll a couple at L31ish because you can grab a +3 or 5% piece with no goofy attachment like you find later on around this level (like +3 strength and 5% hold block for a DT).

I agree. Level 31 is the best time to shop, 41 isn't bad, 51 ive never had luck with. Either 31, or you roll a bunch at level 73+ to see if you can get lucky and land a couple perfect pieces. It's all lottery luck the whole way through I assume.
