EL is meaningless. until you learn what is and isnt important, you will always suck at this..

Answer: Because you either don't have the intellect required in order to understand what is required to be good at it, or because you are too lazy to put the work in to get the background information which is required.

go all out passing....basic tactics auto adjust maxed
put FB at 4% run
if u complete 40% passing youll do alright
then scrim the same team again with youre ai in and compare

This is a survey at best, not proper research. Get out there and do it your damned self, it's not like you've not been told to do exactly that about a thousand times. If you do the tests and still don't understand then see my first option as to the reason that you can't succeed.
