Uh, cocky much? You have to win your conference to be promoted, and you guys are 3rd in your conference...
Promotion runs from Reg. Pro Casual to Casual Pro. That's the end of the line. No team can switch to Casual or back. If you want a full playbook then go buy a regular team.
