They aren't "only changing for certain individuals". Why do you think that Dadd posted and stickied the rules to be followed for advertising tournaments? That set of rules is for everyone NOW..... they cannot undo the past.

But make no mistake, those complaining need to get it all out in this thread as my tourney is almost full and I will ask for all of these to be locked within a day or two and I would hate to cheat anyone of the chance to publicly make false accusations in a public forum.
