Yup. Incredibly boring compared to mid and upper level sims. This will likely be my last season here as an owner.

Don't look now but all the leagues are dieing. If you move all the human owned teams together the leagues would all be cut in half.

I think the whole idea to going to age based level leagues is where GLB took a huge dive into the dry, deep end of the pool...

I had an idea that would have boosted revenue or kept more people playing at least and would have gave people the option to compete without being forced to boost but here we are with dropping numbers of agents and age based leagues force everyone to boost.

GLB is indeed dying as a whole. To expensive for me in general. I'm just bored with the peewee sim. Seems I'm mostly trying to take advantage of exploits anymore. Try to fine one on one coverage so I can get the CB to over run the play by ten yards. My QBs are not going through progressions and games are just getting boring in general to me. I don't have enough agents or money to own a regular team willing to boost multiple seasons. A lot of the players left in GLB seem a bit tired of the high price tag this game has.

we need to band together and promise to not buy CEQ/Boost.

that's the only way pee wee can be fun again

but than there is a catch 22 because bort will ignore pee wee even more

I think it's the opposite. If we buy more CEQ and boost, then gold will be more competitive as a whole and it will trickle down to the other leagues. However, I understand that between LE's NBNC league and the exorbitant price tag for boosting that it probably won't happen.

The new boost rules just announced means peewee is now be a viable starting point for long term dots. which may breath a little life back into PW.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/announcement.pl?id=597

Also, we'd like to announce that the 6 extra plateau boosts we've been allowing players to use to get up to level 79 is going to remain in place rather than be removed at the end of this season.

they can never make up their minds.

well at least now that changes how long term dots are going to be built, no more boosting to 4 before roll-over since they can make it up on the end build.

gg bert

but pee wee is still going to suffer, long term builds are different than pee wee builds

But it still may bring some farm teams back looking for some competition they can't get in rookie

Doesn't it make sense then for everyone to retire/rebuild their long term dots and not boost during season 0 and 1?

That might be true that they can get to 79 with the end build, but their builds will still be 3 levels down throughout the life of the build. That still creates a strong incentive not to play pee wee. Also, to get to level 79, you must boost 30 times, the only difference is when, there is a rolling level cap, so you will spend the flex to boost 30 times and that is why their announcement does not cost anybody flex in the long term.

the only reason people started boosting early is because they made it the only way to get to level 79. As soon as that is implemented and getting to 79 happens no matter what, people will go back to not boosting early.

but the sad thing is this is going to just screw up the leagues and there will be more people bitching about league parity and what not.

there will be teams who are dominating cause they don't care about end build and boosted early and the people who do will still bitch about it.

How does insulting pee wee owners by saying they aren't real owners helping us?

I've seen pee wee teams play in rookie, know what happened? The "real" owners got the smack down and the pee wee owners won.

So thanks for your "help" but we don't need it.
