if teams in competitive want to move up to Elite they can today if they have a fully or almost fully boosted roster and a winning record from last season.

there are 3 non-boosting teams in Nat Minor Elite #1 and support will move them if anyone wants to swap, but has to be immediately (today Day 50)

Teams that would seem to be the best choices, if they want to try: Dirty Sanchez, Mounties, Invaders, BDC (in no particular order)

If I could, I'd move up So Cal, Alberta, WSI, BDS and Asau Sin. How about it guys?
