im going to retire my current QB and make an RGIII style QB... any ideas on if this will pan out as a dot?

The issue is that GLB really caters to specialized builds. Hybrids will always be slighted.

Really tough to do well, but it is feasible now that QBs will scramble some. If you want a passer who can also scramble then build him like a normal QB first but stop at an earlier cap for throwing / vision / third major. That will leave you with more skill points to spend on speed & agility.

what do you consider an "RGIII style" QB?

what do you consider an "RGIII style" QB?
equally efficient at passing and running

but RGIII is a pocket QB who runs when he has to, not because he can...
btw RGIII will be on leno tonight.
so yeah, make a pocket passer and you have made RGIII

CAM...nuff said...RG is that build.....but....now frog has a scrambler addiction......RG behind a skins line just like cam behind a panther line.....will scramble with power and damage....HA this is a sim not football remember...doh..HA
As all posted above, you really need to pick EXACTLY what MAIN characteristic you desire with your RGIII dot. Just as in ANY build, you define his main skill and choose the build type that BEST covers that skill. Then you can ad-lib later in the build (like adding speed and agility... and, of those 2, agility probably should come first as it effects passing more than speed AND... since speed ISN'T going to be the main skill [guessing]... then he'll never be a real rushing threat as a QB.) Sorry it seems like that but trying to create a 'balanced' approach of speed AND passing will just result in a mediocre QB that won't be what you really want.

Yeah, I stopped following American Rugby when Emmit Smith retired
Watched the last superbowl, though.

to the OP, the problem is the defense on GLB reacts even faster than the fastest defenses in the NFL.
As soon as the QB decides to tuck and run, the Safety can cover 20 yards before your QB has even run 5.
it's really the most un-realistic thing I have ever seen.
so you can try and make one, but likely he won't be anything close to what you would actually want him to perform like
