It's not your failure. Yellow has 100 teams and not 1 of them is better than a top 10 Regional Pro team..

He needs to stop wasting flex and focus on one team, and he just might have a winner some day.

cannot argue with that.

imo, if he had a laddered network from top to bottom of core agents that stayed together for the life of the team....that would be the key.

Well part of a network is getting a bunch of teams to pro so you can easily adapt to the sim by swapping dots. It helps to not have fuckheads object to swapping teams to win. Some days your dot isn't right for the sim, so you go stash on the backup teams etc.

What is also missed by the commentators is that the more teams you have in the upper tiers the greater opportunity you have to recruit free agent pro dots. Consider it advertising.

Yeah its not as good as a network, but its a way to make the contacts to build a network.

Because I have three teams in Nat Pro the last couple of seasons is why I have a rook team with a full roster of boosting dots and a dozen or so agents on it this season. Having those few dozen free agent agents on those three nat pro teams is where those dots came from mostly.

Compare that to the 10 seasons before where I did just have one team and had to mostly do with two or three agents I know from other games, and I think the point should be clear - more is more, despite the punditry's opinion to the contrary.
