Max, WEP, That was an exciting and excruciating game to watch for sure. Our inability to pass successfully, combined with your pass defense, equals extreme frustration. We also ran inside a little too much for my taste, but that's definitely on me and the percentages I chose. I was pleased with our defense overall, and talk about clutch...Those two picks prevented touchdowns in my opinion, and kept the game from getting out of hand. Concerning sp teams, we held each other in check pretty well, and we both have pretty strong sp teams play.

I am disappointed we ended up losing, but against MMW, I'll take a 6-3 score any day.

One Complaint: It seems passing has been affected again this season, and I'd like to see the admins just leave things be once in a while, making changes to passing, rushing, or sp teams play season in, and season out is very frustrating...To say the least.

I love that the game changes every season. Do you really want cookie cutter everything in a game? That's what happens when there is one path to victory and one build for each position and one team design that is proven to win.

personally I do not want cookie cutter anything. but the way that things get nerfed is ridiculous seriously when in the hell do passing teams that had consistently completed 60% or better on passing all of a sudden struggle to complete 40% the very next season. this game needs to be more about the builds and the coordinating than what Bort and Co has decided to nerf each and every season. I love playing the game and I like the competition against some of the better teams I get to face. but the nerfs make it so that you aren't just rolling witht he punches theymake it so that a dominating team 1 season is all of a sudden a mediocre team the next. and that is bad for business

I get the frustration, but it really is consistent with the logical need to diversify a roster so adapting is easier.

Powerbacks are back-check..logical.

Speed DEs can't stop power backs. - Just perfect, working as intended.

WR's can't block- check. Same as RL. Logical

Impossible to stop the inside run without stacking the box, and then it's a trench fight-check. Logical

Pass block LOTs are winning pancakes battles-check. At least they matter now.

Possession WRs make sense and catch a lot-check. Makes sense.

Blitzes aren't automatic - check. I like that.

Holding TEs or FBs in to block cuts down on the passing sim mess everyone is complaining about-check. Logical.

You can't get 50+ KR/PR TDs in a season. - 10000% logical. Best change ever.

I truly believe that they try try to shift people into thinking about the now, forcing a wave of people into building dots like PHBs that were very unpopular for a long time. It's about diversifying the game long term, and it takes short term nerfs and buffs to make money move around archetypes. Eventually it will settle. If not, cool. I still like the gamble of assembling a team and seeing if it works in the sim.

As you know, I had an all RQB and blocking WR setup on my casual Arizona team. They nerfed the WRs, but we still won. You adapt.

actually I couldn't tell you what kind of team you had or even have now. contrary to popular belief I do not keep up with what you do on the game.

as far as your examples I agree with some of them and disagree with a few others. but that isn't the problem I have with the nerfs or changes that are made. I just don't see how a QB with the same exact players and the same exact team. will drop around 20% to 30% on the completiton percentage from the end of 1 season to the next. I do not mind change at all and my team is built to roll witht he punches for the most part.

oh and to clarify I am not frustrated at all I just think that Bort and Co are hurting themselves and the game by making drastic changes to the sim that completely screw a number of teams over each and every season. seems like the game is losing players each and every season and not gaining new members no where near as fast.

agree on both It's especially painful in casual where you can't exploit what is working in the pass game as much as you can in regular. That said you can do it some by forcing plays so you have to roll with what you are given, I guess.
