what if they just changed the first year dot boost system. now peewee cant boost before rollover to the new season but long term dots have to boost before rollover to reach lvl 79. If they made it to where it wasnt required to boost before rollover the first season and allowed 6 boosts rookie year then everything would work out and possibly bring some more agents to peewee knowing they can still boost at seasons end without losing that chance to reach lvl 79.

Why don't they just add those boosts at the end instead of at the beginning? That way, pee wee and rookie are the same and everybody can reach level 79 with extra boosts once they are in plateau.

Is that going to bring more boosted teams into Pee Wee Gold, though? Nope, because long term building teams would be wanting to promote up a level, out of Pee Wee entirely, and would thus never make it to Gold. So Gold would presumably have the same issues it has now: a lack of boosting teams. Would the long-term building teams all start in Copper and pass through there and out? Would some be placed in Silver? If this means doing away with the Gold-Silver-Copper structure, what replaces it? Does this mean no Rookie leagues - every team starts in Pee Wee? If so, does every team have to indicate if it wants to remain within the Pee Wee league each season or promote up the normal leagues? Lots of issues.

That solution doesn't really seem like it does much for the Pee Wee competitiveness, other than to make Copper leagues look full. Gold seems to gain nothing. Long term building teams face competing against short-term builds for the first season (if they care about competing at all), and they might have issues with that.

If you kept separate Rookie and Pee Wee structures intact, sure, you get the disadvantage of placing a long term dot in Pee Wee removed, and that in itself is a good thing. But those dots are not going to be signed with competitive Gold teams. Only advantage, really, is that more dots would pass through Pee Wee, the lower level teams would find it easier to fill a roster, and some of the dot building agents might - might - decide to stick around in Pee Wee.

I tend to think the solution lies not in forced integration, but in making Pee Wee more distinct, more attractive, in itself.

Regular teams would have to have permanent farm teams in peewee. They would at least be more competitive than CPUs.

If all the new player funnel through peewee I would bet quite a few may become peewee dot builders as well as regular dot builders.

Gold is still a great league. Maybe it's not what it once was but those teams are there for a reason.

I am prolly going to start up a PW team in a day or two. This should bring people to this league in droves by next season.

I've already messaged support. Can't remember which team I'm buying but I wish I had known my old Jazz Kitteh team still had it's name and logo. I would have picked it instead.
