Who knows...not too concerned.

Not tied to pressure. I can show too many bad passes that occurred for no reason. Short pass to an uncovered receiver and no hurry. I'm betting that pass quality is down on every single pass thrown, which of course would result in the "bad pass" tag appearing more often.

As for the slider. I've tried several combos throughout the season, it doesn't seem to impact the bad passes rate. Although, the more lofty, the more deflections. I've even gotten confirmation from Bort that the run tactic has nothing to do with pass quality, so ruled that one out.

Funny you said just got to roll with it. Because when Support asked me why others weren't complaining that something is wrong, that's one of the reasons I said people aren't. Passing isn't the bulk of most teams offense and since the SIM is favoring run, most teams just moved to running more. But my team is build to do nothing but pass, so a dip in pass quality, hurts us on every play.

truth is I just started seeing over the last couple of games, after we changed our QBs settings. At the beginning of the season it didn't seem like it was any different; but recently I have. I just chalked it up to settings because we changed them and then I saw the bad passes.

Either way; I'm not concerned. I've still been able to get the QBs to be successful. Just means fewer completions.

Just fewer completions. Can you see how that would be more important to a team that passes vs. a team that runs or mixes it up. Ever consider why a pass becomes a bad pass. I did recently and it hit me, passes don't just become a bad pass. There is a pass rating on every single pass thrown. How many are just above the threshold that puts out that "bad pass" tag on the replay. How many passes have you seen thrown behind a receiver that don't get labeled as a bad pass, or maybe one that is thrown to an open receiver that isn't deflected, isn't dropped just incomplete. It's my guess those are very close to the magic threshold for a bad pass, but never get classified as such because they aren't bad enough to get the label. I see two or four of those a game on top of the bad pass labels. Of course we can read the SA and VA descriptions to find out that pass quality plays a roll in whether or not a pass is deflected. For example, pocket presence or tight spiral. If this is true, the issue with bad passes is really impacting passing teams hard.

This is of course just my guessing, but the logic is solid and follow a rational path.

Actually, they don't. http://goallineblitz.com/game/team_stats.pl?league_id=41&conference_id=0&stat=passing&sort=passes&playoffs=0

It is more accurate to say their pass rate is about average.
