+1 outside of the part about potentially removing fame and some SAs and VAs.

If nothing else, fame is relevant to certain VAs as a prerequisite. Making it relevant in more areas would be very good, though, if a way can be figured to do that-- although it probably doesn't qualify as a 10 minute project.

Also, it should just be a redesign of worthless SAs and VAs. I don't know if there are really worthless ones, in either category; but there are some clearly inferior ones; and those should be buffed some. That doesn't qualify as a 10 minute project, though.

I agree with the rest of the OP, and that's what the +1 is for.
