updated for driley's depth chart suggestion

i still want advanced energy settings moved from tactics to the depth chart sections. that cant take too long because we are only changing where to access it from, not what it does.

I'm curious what we "+1" in this thread. Short of going suggestion by suggestion, does a +1 mean we want EVERYTHING implemented? And with Bort putting this up for vote, will he implement EVERYTHING? Or just pick and choose some of them? I want some clarification from Bort, tbh, on which ones he intends to implement after a vote
