Well didn't we skip a league? I was expecting Semi Pro next. I think the problem is they don't have enough teams up here with players. So the solution is to just jam it with active players?

yes, they did this to shorten the jump from rookie to pro to seven seasons with APB etc.

Obviously they didn't think this through when they planned it. Not only did the placement of the teams get totally F'd up, but they should have tried to group the the teams closer to age. I thought the whole point of age based Leagues when they rolled them out was to separate the Boosters from the Non-Boosters? In the original correspondence, I believe they used the term, "boosting teams that don't perform so well and non-boosting teams will eventually sink to the bottom tier leagues and the good boosting teams will rise to the higher Leagues making the competition more even." Last season in National Elite #1 half the League was ULU.

It seems like the highest EL teams are in the lowest # league. I suspect they will re-sort it.
