Ironically they won't allow you to buy a team in the same league...but they will place you there!

tbh...this season will be MUCH harder than last season for both these teams...only 4 or 5 teams could compete in our conference last season with the top teams like us. Depending on which team I am talking about!

And yeah...though it will be hard as hell...I am shooting for one gold and 2 silvers...but I doubt that will happen. Wouldn't be the first time though...last season they had AAA leagues I managed to get a Gold and 2 Silvers AND one of the CC game losers. ALL Co-Owned and OC'd by me...top 3 offenses in the league...and the 3rd team beat the other CC game loser in the rubber scrim week 20...so I OC'd and Co-Owned the top 3 teams in the league.

Don't expect that to EVER happen again!!!

its sorta odd you have two teams at the exact same level? how did that work out?

you run the offense for both ? is it exactly the same on both teams or do you have different personal types between the two that make you run a different type of offense for each?

It was planned. Tbh over the course of 10 seasons (what we originally planned on to plateau for these teams) there are many changes to your roster and also you get some great agents who just can't put together the best of the best dots...so the long term move will be to pick the best of the best from these teams and stack them all into one and the others on the 2nd team. I actually have two Pro teams who just plateau'd the same age as well...just one isn't owned by me...so this isn't the first time I have done it. Helps the recruiting for the top team.

As far as offense...it is similar to the plan of the team...they started out under the same concept but will slowly separate themselves slightly. In the regular season their offenses are extremely similar...for the most part they have the same interchangeable parts so I can use similar packaging and custom slots to work it all out.

There are a couple agents I have played with for 20+ seasons who are building extremely specific dots between themselves and myself so the areas where the major differences could come up likely won't. Examples...the tweener TE's, the 5th OT/G/STer's on both teams and the SToP HH SS's. These all are critical pieces to the end plan so they were more specific.

It's nice having that kind of support for the OC and DC. Opens up a lot more options for the OC and DC when all types of personnel are tailor made for the Coordinators preferences. I'm definitely very jealous of you. Recruiting this season has made me want to pull my hair out.
