Here's what he's got so far on the left, with potential build plan to the right. Numbers on the right are all natural and not reflective of any equipment bonuses. I would have approximately 40 sp's left to still spend on SA's or additional boosts to an attribute with this plan. He currently has no points in any SA's right now. Any words of wisdom to share on this build plan? Also, I have yet to purchase any AEQ for this dot as well. What would be the best pieces for me to try to roll for or build outright? Thanks for the help...

I would shoot to get stamina closer to 60+ by the end, but otherwise it's good.

You want FS/shed block/break block/make tackle ideally.

Okay. Thanks for the input.

Ideally, how many points should I get into FS and what is the point of decreasing returns on SA's (points spent not being worth the extra boost)? Does change direction help a DE at all? I thought about just hitting the first 3 SA's for pass rusher (FS, change direction, shed block) and then have a piece of AEQ to compliment them as well, but if change direction isn't worth anything there's no sense wasting points in it that can be used elsewhere. Also, what attribute would you sacrifice a few points from to possibly get stamina to 60+? Don't know that I'll have enough sp's to hit the SA's well enough and get stamina up too.

Thanks again.

Don't spend as much on SAs.

If you get a piece of FS and a piece of shed block then your SA tree can look like

3-2-3 natural and end up at 10-3-10. You won't need any more CD with 100 agility. That means you are only spending 10 sp in SAs and can put more sp in stamina, confidence, and jumping since you probably want at least 40 confidence you may be ignoring jumping completely.

I like to have more tackling then that for a RE. Id try and take it to 61 asap and at let it get into the mid 60s.

Okay, if I get one piece each with FS and shed blocks, what should I try to land for the other 2 pieces? Also, is 10 the number I should hit with the SA's or does it pay to get a few more points in there? Just thinking FS would be easier to take a little higher with a 2nd piece of just a few more sp's put into it as it is first on the tree, but if there are limited returns after 10 points it wouldn't pay. Thanks again.

I wouldn't go over 12-13 myself, but I know some people go up to 15.

You want 1 piece of equipment and CE bonus to be in BB%.

The other piece can be a MT% or tunnel vision. I really like tunnel vision myself and you could make a minimal investment there.

I like to go higher then10 with SAs that wont always fire. Shed block I take to 11 but for first step I plan on taking that to 13. 6+6+1.

You would probably be better off putting 12 sp in FS and using the other equipment somewhere else

Now you lost me..... Are you saying take FS up to 12 with just sp's or get it up there with a combo of gear and sp's? Also, what should my other 2 pieces be if one is FS and the other is shed blocks?

I was talking to regoob2. I was saying you are probably better off taking FS to 12 with a combination of sp and 1 piece of equipment rather than using 2 pieces of equipment in FS.

As far as what to do with 4 pieces of AEQ, I would go
1 BB%
1 FS
1 Shed Block
1 TV

Then use CE bonus in BB%

That's what I meant. Take it to 6 with SPs. 1 piece of equipment and the CE. With SAs that dont always fire I like to take those higher.

FWIW im disappointed how my DE ended up performing. I thought he would be stellar but just did nothing in the pros.

That looks very solid..... What do you think you would do differently next time?

Went with your outline Rage and the investment in BT's for the AEQ was a little lower than I had budgeted for, so he'll be able to get another 40 days of multi-training in, meaning his numbers in some areas will go up a few more points.

Thanks again for all the help.
