Suprisingly, (to me at least) this is true. I just unequiped everything and saw no change to either bar.

You really don't need that much to hit green overall. My guy is 42 (green) overall with 45 (green) blocking and 33 (yellow) tackling. His strength with equipment is 72 but without is only 54. His blocking is 53 and his agility is 33.

Moderators have a sticky on the tackle bar for Oline and emphatically say it only there to fill space. tackle does nothing for O line
