Today alot of people will be reliving a very horrible memory. A memory that will replay in Americans heads for as long as we breathe. I lost someone very special that day and so did alot of other people, From sons, fathers, daughter, mothers, brothers, sisters, friends and just fellow Americans. Please say a prayer for our fallen Americans.

Within the next 10 mins, peoples lives will change for ever. A nation will be brought to its knees with an unthinkable act of terror.

10 years later we are still feeling the affects of what transpired on this day but are determined to move forward and not let the enemy win. God Bless America and all its Servicemen who have sacrificed for our Country and ALL the fallen heros of Sept 11,2001.

EDIT: The 1st plane had already struck WTC1 at 8:48.

Excuse me if I reopen any wounds for anyone. This is not my intention at all. Some of us still live with this everyday and will never forget this day. EVER.

I'm watching the coverage and thinking of those who died, but this thread doesn't belong here and you knew that.

It's okay, jd. Today there can be an exception.

Go somewhere else then. Your comment was needed the least bit.

Are you an ASS or what? GTFO then!!

You don't come to the World League forum of an internet browser game to post about 9/11 as part of the grieving process; it's for attention. If you grant an exception for this thread, then what about someone who wants to remember the Madrid train bombings? Hiroshima or Nagasaki? The July 22nd massacre in Norway? There are places to discuss these events, and this isn't it. Furthermore, why is anyone pretending like everyone isn't already aware of the anniversary? If you're going to post something about 9/11 then actually remember the people involved. Tell a story about someone you knew who died or who survived.

Thanks jd. You are just watching out for the best interests of this forum. Not certain how the site would function without all your help.

Promoted to hall monitor.

I will never remember it less. The plane tilting it's wings to the left as it flew overhead just before impacting the WTC is very vivid in my memory. As is being covered by building dust after they collapsed.

I was lucky to only attend one funeral

Attention?? SCREW YOUR WL FORUM. This was about remembering the ones who lost there lives and showing tribute to them. I didnt have it in me to retell my story about losing my fiancee while she was working in a day care center that day. And she is just 1 of the many. So you can go fuck yourself JD.
