Without any active support, it's probably no going to happen soon enough.
I just hit the ignore option on their avatar and all their post are hidden.
EDIT : if they create a thread it won't make it go away though

When it gets real bad, I send a ticket to support about it. Otherwise I just hit the report button. But be careful. Had one bugger post 3 pages worth of spam threads... I reported them all and sent in a ticket on it with a link. Next thing I knew I got my account closed because they accidentally thew me out with the spammer.
